Welcome to Vaucai

Create your own Vaucai in seconds. Give it any name you like and start talking to it from the Telegram you already use, with nothing to install and no password. And when you are at your computer, it is also at vaucai.com, with the same memory and the same conversation.

Getting started

• Go to vaucai.com/en/create.
• Tell us your mobile number.
• Telegram opens on its own and you are already talking to your Vaucai.

Connect your apps

Connect your accounts so it can work with your email, your calendar and your notes. You authorise on each service's own screen, you never hand over your password, and you can withdraw access whenever you want.

• Google: Gmail and Google Calendar.
• Microsoft: Outlook, with its email, its calendar and its To Do tasks.
• Notion: your notes and pages.

Just ask for it: "connect my Gmail". You can connect several accounts of the same kind, personal and work, and choose which one to use. A different app? See Connect your tools.

Memory

It remembers you and learns from you: your name, your preferences, the people who matter to you and what you have on. You never have to repeat context. You are in charge: say "remember that…" and it keeps it, "forget that…" and it drops it. Ask it "what do you know about me?" or open /memoria.

Your day to day

• Reminders and countdowns: for your appointments, and for something important with a date ("how long until the wedding?").
• Keepsakes: ask it to hold on to something specific ("the keys are in the blue drawer") and it gives it back when it matters.
• Shopping list, medication with reminders, and recipes from whatever you have in the fridge.
• QR codes for anything you tell it (a link, your wifi, your contact details) and stickers from your photos.
• Contacts and birthdays, with a nudge when it is time to send wishes.
• Your day: the weather, with air quality, pollen and UV. Also maps to get somewhere, the day's news, and how currencies and crypto are doing.
• Where to watch a film or a series: tell it the title and it tells you which platform has it.

It tells you things before you ask

You do not have to stay on top of everything. Say "warn me before my meetings" and you get what you need to know a few minutes ahead. Say "tell me which emails I have not replied to" and there they are. And with nothing asked, it flags a birthday, your flight check-in or an ID card about to expire. Also a tax deadline, or an invoice you forgot to chase. If you would rather not be disturbed at night, say "do not disturb me at night" and that is that.

Search the web

Ask it anything and it looks it up. It runs a real web search, goes in to read whole web pages and tells you what they say. Send it a link and it reads it for you. And ask it to pull data out of a page, like prices or dates, and it hands them back in order.

Photos, video, music and voice

• Images: it creates them, edits your photos and understands the ones you send.
• Video with sound: 4, 6 or 8 second clips from an idea or from a photo of yours.
• Voice: talk to it and it understands you, and it answers out loud if you want.
• Photos and PDFs: send it a photo, a PDF, a Word or an Excel and it really reads them. It also edits them and sends them back.
• Improve photos: it gives them back sharper, or restores an old, blurry one. It can also improve videos and compress videos so they weigh less.
• Music: ask it to write songs, with lyrics, music and vocals. And if you send it a clip of audio, it tells you which song is playing.
• AI content checker: send an image and it tells you whether it looks real or AI made.
• Summaries: of long audio notes and of YouTube videos.
• Slide decks, even in several languages at once.

Social media

Send it the link to a TikTok video and it summarises it, or explains why it works. Ask it what is landing right now in your field and it gives you video ideas based on what is actually moving this week. And tell it your public handle and it tells you how your account is doing: how much you have grown, and when the people you care about post.

Vaucai Studio

Save it once, use it always. Leave in the Studio the ingredients you create with. Your Vaucai reuses them when it makes your images and your videos, without you explaining them again. You run it by talking, and you can see it in /vida, under ➕ Más → 🎨 Estudio.

• Designs: save an image with a name ("save this logo") and then ask for it by that name ("make me a poster with my logo").
• Brand: save your logo, your colours and your tone once, and ask for them whenever you want ("make the poster with my brand").
• Characters: save a character from a photo and it comes back in new scenes ("put Lía on the beach"). Only your own face, or someone who has given you permission, never a third party and never a celebrity. It is stored encrypted and you delete it whenever you want.
• Voices: record a voice note reading the sentence it asks for and your Vaucai keeps your voice. From then on you can ask it to speak with that voice in whatever it makes for you. Only yours, or someone who gives their permission out loud in the recording. It is stored encrypted and you delete it whenever you want.

The things you keep

• Passwords: it stores them encrypted, generates a strong one and shows it only to you, when you ask. It also reviews how safe your passwords are: whether one has appeared in a known breach, whether you reuse it, or whether it is easy to guess.
• Wallet: keep your ID card, driving licence or health card there and it warns you before they expire.
• Your details to hand: your ID number, your IBAN or your address, so you do not go looking for them every time you fill something in. These your Vaucai does see, because that is what lets it use them for you. Keep there only what you want it to have in front of it.
• Digital legacy: decide today who will receive your accounts and your documents if one day you are not here.

Price radar

Tell it a product or a flight and it watches the price. It finds the cheapest, with the real price and not an invented one, and it only tells you when it genuinely drops. When you buy through its link, it picks for you and not for commission. All you have to do is ask in the chat.

It buys for you

Say "get it for me if it drops below 300". When the price falls, it goes into the shop, fills the basket and leaves the payment one tap away. The last step is always yours: it never pays on its own.

It handles things on websites for you

It opens a real browser and does the job: booking an appointment, filling in a form or downloading an invoice from a portal. The first time it records the route and keeps it. Repeating it later costs almost nothing, and you can ask it to run on its own at whatever time you say.

It writes code for you

Ask it for a script or a code fix ("write me a Python script that renames these photos"): it writes it and tests it in a safe sandbox. As soon as it is done, it hands you the explanation with the file ready to download.

Skills and Business

With Skills you teach it tasks of your own, which it repeats on demand or by itself. And if you are self employed or run a company, Business Mode turns your Vaucai into the place where you invoice and keep your books.

Trial and plans

Try it free for 7 days, with no card and a cap of 5 € of usage (whichever comes first). During the trial you have access to everything. After that you pick a plan. All three are the same complete Vaucai, with every feature included (Business Mode too); the only difference is how much you use it each month:

• Vaucai Plus: for everyday use.
• Vaucai Max: a lot more capacity.
• Vaucai Ultra: the most capacity, for people who lean on it hard.

Fast support comes with all three. You agree the price with your Vaucai: it is a monthly subscription with no lock-in that you cancel whenever you want. And if one month falls short, tell it and you change plan in the chat, without calling anyone.

Privacy and your data

What is yours is only yours. No other user can reach your data, and that does not depend on anyone remembering to configure anything: it is in the foundations. Your access to Gmail, Outlook, calendar or Notion is stored encrypted. And your saved passwords carry a separate layer of encryption that the AI model never sees. Say "delete my account" and everything goes, subscription included: that is your right to be forgotten. And if you want a copy of everything we hold about you, ask for it in the chat: it arrives straight away, as a PDF to read or as a file you can take to another service. Commands

Almost everything is done by talking, but Telegram's / menu gives you shortcuts to the most used. Start with /vida, your Control Panel: your settings, your memory, your passwords and the things you keep. Business commands only appear once you turn on Business Mode.

The command names are in Spanish and stay that way, because they are the actual names Telegram registers. Here is what each one does:

Other features do not take up room in the "/" menu but are one message away: your details, your memory, your passwords, your contacts, your medication and your skills all open from /vida or by asking for them by name.
